Our application service is free. Assisted Application and Premium Admissions
are optional services for students who want additional personalised support.
Free to apply does not mean free tuition. UK universities charge their own tuition fees,
which you pay to the university directly — those are never included in the free
application, or in either paid service.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to apply?
No. Applying to study in the UK through StudyUKToday is always free.
What's different about Assisted Application?
The free “I need guidance” option gets you help by email, when our team is available.
Assisted Application gives you two defined checkpoints instead: a one-to-one consultation on
choosing your university and course, and a review of your application and documents before
they are submitted.
What does Premium add?
Three checkpoints instead of two, at three key steps — including help understanding what
your CAS means and what happens next after you receive it.
Does “free application” mean university tuition is free?
No. What is free is our service in helping you apply. UK universities charge their own tuition
fees, which you pay to the university directly — tuition is not included in the free
application, and not in Assisted or Premium either. You will also need to cover your living
costs, and the UK government charges separate visa and healthcare fees.
What happens right after I pay?
Your payment is confirmed by Stripe, your support record is created, and your confirmation is
emailed to the address you paid with. Your Student Portal and Application Portfolio open
straight away. We then ask for two details — your full name and your phone or WhatsApp
number — unless you have already applied and we have them. Your documents are uploaded
later, through your application or Student Portal. See
what happens after you pay for the full
sequence.
Who will be helping me, and how will you contact me?
A member of the StudyUKToday admissions team, personally — your checkpoints are delivered
by a person, not by software. We do not assign a dedicated named advisor to each student. Email
is our primary contact method; you can also message us on WhatsApp and we will reply during
working hours. Please keep documents in your Student Portal rather than sending them by
WhatsApp.
Does paying mean I'll be accepted?
No. No payment can guarantee admission, a CAS, or a visa. These services give you more time and
support — the outcome always depends on the university and, for visas, UKVI.
Do Assisted or Premium help me get a scholarship?
No. Neither service includes scholarship funding, scholarship searching, or help with a
scholarship application, and paying does not give you access to one. Scholarships are offered
by universities and other organisations, with their own eligibility rules — check
theirs directly.
Can I buy a service after I've already applied for free?
Yes.
Is this a subscription?
No. Both services are a single, one-time payment.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days — see our Refund Policy for
exactly how this works.
Is WhatsApp part of these services?
No. You can message us on WhatsApp whether you pay or not, and we reply during working hours
— it is a conversation with a person, not an automated or ticketed support system, and
we do not promise a response time on it. Email remains our primary contact method. Please do
not send documents by WhatsApp; they belong in your Student Portal, where they are stored
securely and you can see what we have received.
This is a one-off payment. It is not a subscription.
You do not have to buy this to apply.
University tuition fees are separate. They are set by the university and paid to the
university — never to us, and never included in these fees.
Paying does not mean you will be accepted, get a CAS, or get a visa.
Your application is handled the same way, by the same team, whether you pay or not.
Paying buys specific, named checkpoints — not a faster queue.
Email is how we contact you. WhatsApp is an additional way to reach us during working
hours — a conversation with a person, not an automated support system.

Policy for how the 14-day cancellation right works.
