StudyUKToday is the controller of your Data and manages your application from your first enquiry through to enrolment. To actually deliver that service, your application details and supporting documents (including your passport and educational certificates) are shared with the following categories of recipient, and no others:

• Our verified university placement partner: a vetted organisation we work with to submit your application and supporting documents to universities on your behalf, and to liaise with them as your application progresses. They are contractually bound to handle your Data only for this purpose and in line with this policy.
• The universities and institutions you apply to: as the direct, necessary recipients of the application itself, and any admissions bodies acting on their behalf.
• If you were referred to us by an independent education agent, that agent has access to your application status and documents for the purpose of supporting your application. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for how agent referrals work.

The application form itself asks for your consent to this in shorter, plain-language terms; this section is the full detail behind that. You’re entitled to ask us, at any time, exactly which named organisation has handled your specific Data. Contact us using the details at the top of this policy.
